Eric Otness
Co-Founder | Head of Design
Eric's journey into website design began in his early teens, building websites for fun and eventually deepening his expertise with the launch of his eCommerce business in 2017. This experience honed his skills in conversion-focused design, leading him to establish his first web design company in 2018. He eventually pivoted to freelancing, where he amassed a portfolio of successful projects and highly satisfied clients, including work for global multi-million dollar brands. In 2022, he co-founded Upwheel with his lifelong friend, Dylan, fulfilling their shared dream of creating a leading website design company.
Dylan Roberts
Co-Founder | Head of Development
Dylan's venture into the world of programming started in childhood, initially coding as a hobby and progressively building his expertise through high school. This early passion for technology led him to obtain a Computer Science degree, laying a strong foundation in software engineering. His academic pursuits translated into a robust career in the tech industry, where he excels in developing innovative software solutions, ranging from backend systems to user interfaces. Driven by his enthusiasm for web development, Dylan embarked on the entrepreneurial path, co-founding Upwheel in 2022 alongside his lifelong friend, Eric.
